1. Relationship to Website Terms: This Service Agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions for all booked consultations with Time Crisis Astrology. This document is a supplement to the general Terms and Conditions located on our website. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Service Agreement and our general Terms and Conditions, the provisions of this Service Agreement shall prevail and control with respect to all booked services

2. Nature of Services Our services are for entertainment and educational purposes only. Time Crisis Astrology provides strategic consultations and astrological insights as a tool for self-exploration and personal development. You acknowledge that the information provided is not a substitute for professional advice from a licensed professional, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not provide guarantees, warranties, or assurances of any kind, and all outcomes are subject to your own interpretation, choices, and actions.

3. Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive services from Time Crisis Astrology. By booking, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment and Fees All payments for services are due at the time of booking. The fees are as listed on the booking page. You agree that all sales are final, and fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy Your time and ours are valuable. By booking, you agree to the following:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. This ensures you can manage your time effectively while respecting our schedule.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice, or a failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee. No refunds will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Time Crisis Astrology and its owner from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our services or reliance on any information provided during a consultation. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the service. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property The content provided during your consultation, including all strategic gameplans, reports, and analyses, is for your personal use only. The Time Crisis Astrology brand name, logos, website content, and all original materials, including visual b-roll content, audio, and scripts, are the intellectual property of Jason Cook and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Barrington, Rhode Island.

9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
