Time Crisis Astrology ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or book a session, why we collect it, who handles it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple on purpose: we collect only what we need to do the work, and we don't sell or rent your personal information, ever.

What we collect

• Booking details (name, email, phone, payment) are collected and processed by our scheduling provider, Setmore, and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
• Birth data (date, time and place of birth, and anything you tell us about your goals or questions) that you give us when you book or send us a message. We use it to prepare and deliver your reading.
• Messages and reviews you send through forms on this site, delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and any emails you send us directly.
• Session records, such as the notes, dates and roadmaps we prepare for you, and any Destiny Portal progress.
• Basic, anonymous site analytics (pages viewed, general region, device type) from our host, Cloudflare. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

How we use it

To deliver your session, send your confirmation and video link, follow up about your booking, answer your questions, keep our records, publish a review you have approved, keep this site secure, and improve our services. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to these purposes, and we won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. If we ever send marketing email, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who handles your information

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the business. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy, only for the job it does for us:

• Setmore (scheduling, reminders and payments, including its payment processors).
• Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet, used to schedule and hold your session, and Gmail for email).
• Cloudflare (hosting, security and anonymous analytics for this site).
• Web3Forms (delivers the contact and review forms on this site to our inbox).
• Our email host (stores the mail you send to and receive from TimeCrisisAstrology@gmail.com).

Other than these providers, we only share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information would go to the new owner under the same commitments.

Your birth chart stays private

Your chart, session notes and any Destiny Portal progress are confidential between you and your astrologer. We never share them or publish anything identifying about you without your written permission. Reviews are published only with your permission, using your first name and last initial.

Cookies and tracking

We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies and gathers anonymous traffic statistics. The Setmore booking calendar embedded on our booking pages may set its own cookies to make scheduling and payment work; those are controlled by Setmore. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the booking calendar may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver your session, answer follow-up questions, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

How we protect it

This site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by Setmore's payment partners rather than by us, and we keep session records in password-protected accounts. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email TimeCrisisAstrology@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we may keep limited records we are legally required to keep. To change or delete booking details stored by Setmore, you can also contact us and we'll help, or use the controls in your booking confirmation.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email TimeCrisisAstrology@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites and social media pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices.

Where your information is handled

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using this site or booking a session, you understand that your information may be handled there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we'll make it clear on this page.
