1. What you're buying

Time Crisis Astrology provides astrology consultations and strategic timing guidance delivered live online. Sessions are booked and paid for through our scheduling provider (Setmore).

2. Entertainment purposes only

Everything we offer is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. This covers this website, every consultation and session, all materials we give you (roadmaps, calendars, gameplans, portal content), our blog posts and journal articles, and our social media and email content. Astrology is not a science. Nothing we say, write or publish is a prediction you can rely on, and no reading, date, cycle or timing window is a statement of fact about your future.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are facing a health, legal, financial or emergency situation, please talk to a qualified professional. Never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you heard from us.

4. Your decisions are your own

You alone are responsible for every decision you make and every action you take, or choose not to take, in connection with a session, our materials, or anything on this site or our blog. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, benefit or timing. Time Crisis Astrology and its owner are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or consequence, whether financial, professional, personal, emotional, legal or otherwise, that arises from your decisions or actions. By booking a session or using this site, you accept this and agree to release Time Crisis Astrology and its owner from any such claims, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Birth data

Accuracy depends on the birth date, time and place you provide. Incorrect or approximate birth times can change the reading.

6. Rescheduling, cancellations and no-shows

Need to move your session? Reschedule through your booking confirmation at least 24 hours before your start time. Sessions missed without notice, or joined more than 10 minutes late, may be forfeited. If we need to reschedule on our side, you'll be offered a new time or a full refund.

7. Age

Sessions are for adults 18 and over.

8. Recording and content

Sessions are not recorded by us unless we both agree in advance. Materials we give you (roadmaps, gameplans, portal content) are for your personal use and may not be resold or republished.

9. Website and blog content

Blog posts, articles and other content on this site are general, are not tailored to you, and may be out of date. They are for entertainment and personal reflection only, and you should not rely on them to make decisions. Reading this site does not create a client relationship.

10. Reviews

Reviews you submit may be published on this site only if you give permission, using your first name and last initial. We don't edit reviews except to remove personal information. Reviews reflect one person's experience and are not a promise that you will get the same result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Time Crisis Astrology and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost income, lost profits or lost opportunities, relating to a session, our materials, or this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to your session.
